Help? IMPORTANT?

Right now, I run an 18 on the 100, 12 on the 70, 37 on the 200 and 84 on the 400. I'm trying to get my times down to 11 on the 100, 7 on the 70, 25 on the 200 and 57 on the 400. High school track starts next February. What should I do to get these times?

  1. i would do every other day speedworkouts and then every other day endurance workouts and that should take three months of training to get down to those times

  3. From those times, I think you should concentrate on the 400 and longer distances. Don't shoot for unrealistic goals. Maybe someday you will get those times, but it's not going to come in the next few weeks.
