Question:

Help Identifying black spider with white-yellow spot on abdomen?

Recently I saw a round black spider about the size of a dime. It was black all over except for one small white-yellow triangle or spot on it's abdomen. It's abdomen was very round and I know it isn't a Black and Yellow garden spider. I also saw one outside on my porch that same day. It looks like it could have the body of a jumping spider but I can't find any that looks like it online. Any ideas?

Additional details - 8mm was the size of that specimine.  I do believe that the jumping spiders of the Phidippus genus get upwards of 16 milimeters, or roughly 5/8th of an inch.
