  1. First of all, the others are right. You are NOT obese, but could benefit from losing a few pounds just because it's good for your health. Portion control and exercise, it's that simple.

I recommend CalorieCount.com as a tool for you to lose weight. I'm a teen, and it is working VERY well for me too. I'm not obese, but I want to get down to a weight that is best for me.

It's free and is the best option for PERMANENT weight loss. There are SOOOO many success stories. Such as this one:

I also recommend you join my support group for teens on the website:

  2. calm down. you're NOT obese. its not like you're a stick, but you're not unhealthily large either. if you really want to lose weight, do cardios. for example, sit-ups don't actually make you lose stomach fat. they just gain muscle. walk, run, swim, bike, whatever! good luck!

  3. thats not obese. thats just gordita. run and swim

  4. d**n your body hot

  5. You're not obese! You just have more to love. :)

If you really do want to lose weight, I suggest that you start off by shedding a subtle amount - 10 to 15 pounds. You are still a teenager after all. Start by eating healthily - that means stay away from all the fast food chains: Burger King, McDonald's, Wendy's, Arby's, Chili's, Olive Garden, T.G.I.F., Popeye's, etc. (Yes, that's a lot.) Try to put healthier varieties into you diet like salad, fruit, and a moderate amount of grilled (not fried) poultry. Eat in moderate amounts, NOT until you feel too full to even move. And, eat with a SCHEDULE, don't eat whenever you feel like it. (It will ruin your whole plan.) It depends on fast your metabolism is. For me, I eat every 3 and a half hours. OHYES, and stay away from the buffets and the tempting candy! (I personally have a difficult time staying away from sweets. :p )

And then there's exercise...I suggest you do aerobics. Since I'm not a professional trainer I can't give you workout regimens 'cuz you might hurt yourself and I wouldn't want that. If you have cable, there should be a network dedicated to different exercise workouts - ranging from yoga, aerobics, cardio, etc. Record the ones you like.

  6. You are NOT obese.

You look fine, not stick skinny, but very healthy.

    You're fine :)

But if you want to lose some weight, the best way to flatten your tummy is sit-ups. Start by doing 10 everyday, and work up to 30 every day. You can also try jump rope, swimming, running and walking everyday for 30 minutes.

Eat healthy foods, try to limit junk food.

And just remember, you're not fat, no matter what other people say.

  7. 1:: ALWAYS EAT A HEALTHY BREAKFAST...I can't emphasize this enough...this does not include a muffin and coffee...this means something along the lines of oatmeal or eggs or cottage cheese...you can't possibly use the excuse that you have no time...it takes roughly 10-15 minutes to prepare a meal, eat it and brush your teeth, get up earlier

2: Cut out ALL cabonated beverages, this includes the diet ones...THEY AREN'T GOOD FOR YOU..they're actually worse than the regular ones

3: if you drink coffee, drink it black

    4: EAT vegetables

5: Eat 5-6 meals a day, eating every 3-4 hours....eating 3 smaller and 3 larger meals...the larger meals being healthy and an example of a smaller one being an apple.

6:Another thing to keep in mind? Eat something after supper...I know idiots say that you shouldn't eat after 7 (or whatever time) buuuut they're idiots...if you dont eat, the body devours the higher energy muscle and leaves the fat...making sure you have that small meal, will keep your metabolism up

7: Exercise 4-5 times a week, this does not mean exercise where you can exercise and talk to a friend/read a book at the same time

Your workouts should last a MAXIMUM of 40 minutes, You should also be pushing yourself, I'm not going to get into exercise as I dont know how much experience you have and I dont want to see you get hurt

  8. cardio. run a lot. swimming is good too.

  9. I wouldn't say your obease. Ive seen a lot worse. I think you should aim for about 20 pounds off and you would look awesome.

  10. Hun you don't look the least bit fat. What are you so worried about? If your worried just exercise and eat heathy. But also have a day where you can have what ever you want.
