Which parts of my body should I work on ? And what are some exercises should I do ?? Plzzz Help

  1. You should do cardio: cycling,running, walking, swimming, dancing etc...

    Another option: Go to Brazil for holiday. I`m sure you would loose at least 1 stone in 1 month.

  4. first of all i have to start saying YOU ARE NOT OVERWEIGHT! i can't stand how kids now a days think that because they don't look like a stick that they are overweight. PLease get over it. Just run or walk about 30 min a day everyday. Eat a little healthier and you will be fine. Don't stop eating to lose weight, because your body goes into starvation mode and starts feeding of the fat you have and that is even worse.

    Please don't fall into the trap that you have to be skinny. love yourself for who you are.

  5. You aren't fat, just chunky. You have thick arms but nothing some upper-body exercising and fix. I say you should focus on arms/abs area but you are not over-weight.

    Oh and have a positive attitude over your body it'll make you feel better!

  6. You look good. Try to walk or ride your bike every day for at least 30 minutes. Don't eat a lot of junk.

If you're bored do not eat, only eat at specific times of the day, morning (breakfast), noon (lunch), evening ((not past 7pm) dinner). And make sure that the things that you eat then are not fattening and add up to about 1500 calories, so 500 calories a meal. That will make you slowly lose weight if you make the right choices, but if you really want to burn it off, run until you can't run any longer, don't run for like a minute and stop, push yourself to the limit. It will make you lose weight and tone your muscles, which make the weight loss look even better. Good luck!
