Help: In-State Vs Out Of State?

I live in illinois and want to go to college in michigan. Is it possible for me to go to a michigan school for 1 year and transfer to another michigan school and get the instate tuition fee.

You'll have to pay more for state-funded schools in other states. It does not matter if you are an instate resident, or an out-of-state student when you apply to a private college.
