Just think of anything that someone might react to by saying "wow, I didn't know you did that"   Do you have an unusual hobby, favorite something?  Did you ever do anything a bit odd or dangerous?

We did this in an adult class once and some people were really interesting.  One guy got married in a hot air balloon, one guy had a twin, someone had a famous relative.....

Well, so long as you're not the first to speak, you could always take inspiration from the rest of the class. See the kind of things they're saying and just tweak it so it adapts to you. I'd just mention a hobby, like swimming etc, or a safe one "I like going out with my friends". or the cinema.

i don't know, what qualifies as boring? just tell them completely random stuff like what you ate for breakfast this morning, your opinions on the health system (hey, everyone's got one) etc...



or you know, regular stuff about your family/hobbies etc. don't worry about it, they'll all have to do it too! you'll be grand.
