Help! Italy Trip Packing List for September?

I will be going on a trip to Italy in September 2008 and need help with packing. It will be a 15 night trip throughout Italy. I've been searching online and it seems there are conflicting ideas on how to dress there. Can someone who has experience being in Italy please help? I would greatly appreciate it.

  1. Pack clothes that can be layered easily to contend with the shift in season.If you plan on visiting the Vatican and other churches, no shorts. Comfy walking shoes that are stylish for your age.Have fun!
