Help! Ive noticed 2 small holes in 1 of my front teeth they dont go all the way through how can I remove them?

They aint chips it looks dunno a cavity possibly? I go to the dentist and othodontist is it possible for them to ...fill them in or remove them in some way?

if you leave them they will become worse.

The dentist will probably just fill them.
