In the State of Nevada City Las Vegas are theres CAPS on Lawsuit charges being Sexual Harassment,Discrimination,Sexual discrimination........like what i mean CAPS being set at 300,000 per charge like you can't sue for more then that???---------Now Question 2. If you have a Arbitrator an your not satisfied with him can you get a new one??? Question # .3 Did George H W Bush sign a Bill in 1981 To CAP Lawsuit In the State of Nevada????

2. No, the arbitrator is assigned. Unless there are gross violations or negligence, you are stuck with him

3. NO, Bush did not sign. This is a Nevada law, not a federal law. US President does not sign state laws
