Help ME! I Lost an EXCEL File!!!! Anyone?

I deleted the wrong excel file, it said it was being sent to the recycle bin.. it wasn't there!!! NOW where can I look for it??? I'm extemely upset! I really need to restore this file!

  1.  Probably this issue has some probable resolutions, for example one of them is a special tool. I suppose the next application would be effective for this problem - http://www.recoverytoolbox.com/repair_excel.html
