Help Me Find a Dress??

okay, i need to find a dress for homecoming, and a dress for my sweet sixteen party. it would be helpful if they were from macys/jcpenny/sears/any other store in the mall, but they dont have to be. also, they have to be somewhat affordable because i'm pretty sure i have to use my own money for them,

i would like the homecoming dress to be:

*short

*either pink, red or white

*sparkly (if possible)

*have a ribbon/bow in the back

i would like the sweet sixteen dress to be:

*either short or long, but not tea length. that length bothers me, i dont know why.

*a color that will stand out

*somewhat poofy, but not like over the top

also, if you could give me some hairstyle suggestions for each dress, that would be helpful. thanks in advance!!

Homecoming i suggest your hair to be just in half up-do with a decorative hair pin.

For a sweet 16 I recommend an Elegant Bun with a diamond tiara.
