  1. Im not a huge fan of Reptile decks but this one isnt so bad. The main problems are your spells and traps. You paid so much attention to reptile support that you lack the staples you would need to be truely competitive. It seems like because of all the cards you have to feed your graveyard with monsters out of the deck, your monsters should be at 20 - 22. Not 17. As for spells, I have a feeling that this deck is ganna have you stuck holding a field card when it cant help you because you have not only 3 copies of it, but also terraforming. A few cards you could consider are Marshmallon for pure defense, Sangan because he is a deck searcher and this deck revolves around low atk monsters, a Snipe Hunter, which would let you stock your graveyard with retiles while destrying cards, and then maybe even a Spirit Reaper or Mystic Tomato, Sprit Reaper for def, Mystic to bring out any 1500 Atk or less dark type.  As for your traps cards, I would suggest cards like Mirror Force, Sakuretsu Armor, Bottomless Trap Hole, Solemn Judgement and Torrential Tribbute. Offering to the Snake Diety and Snake Whistle both rely on you already having a reptile monster of the field, although they are obviously good for this deck I would atleast limit down 1 each. Especially Offering to the Snake Deity*. Your spell count is a bit low, due to your high Trap count, but some Spells that would be good are Smashing Ground, Mystical Space Typhoon, Shield Crush, and for this deck especially a Hammer Shot. Like I said I really like this deck and I think its not to shaby, main problem is just that its too focused on only reptiles, just because its your theme does not mean every single card needs to revolve around it, thats what makes a Staple a Staple is that it can belong in almost ANY deck.

I really hope this advice helped and if you have any questions feel free to Email me, good luck! ^_^
