she should kiss him because she is ready, not because how much she is flattered by him...if she is not ready to kiss then she should wait until she really wants to so it is not akward for her. If he cares he will understand. She should love him and be ready at the same time, because trust me you can really like someone but not be quite ready to take the next step, especially if you are young. HOpe this helps pumpkin!
