oh my iphone is not working when i touch it and i herd restoring it works does it and if it does can you tell me you dont have to but it will mean alot to me if you do

Your screen wiring in the back probably cut loose. If not you can try restoring it.

1) go to apple website

2) download itunes

3) plug in wire itouch to computer

4) open itunes

5) it should automatically detect your itouch

6) click on the tab where it says itouch has been found in the itunes program

7) on the bottom it says restore

8) click

Why the need to be melodramatic?

Are you saying that the screen is unresponsive to touch? My friend had an iphone on which the bottom of the screen was unresponsive and he called Apple Support and they replaced it for free. So if your iphone is still under warranty, go ahead and give Apple Support a call.
