Im a 14 year old guy and am Skinny but my stomach is a TINY bit "Flabby" i just want to get rid of the "flab" and build muscle.

I also want muscle on my arms.

How can i get them ???

  1. Running biking jogging to loose the fat.

    And excersise at the gym to build muscles.

    Eat loads of protein:eggs chicken,proteinshakes.

    And drink loads of water too.

  4. Eat a healthy diet. Sorry!  McDonald's Dollar Menu is NOT a healthy diet.   Eat balanced meals w/a variety of vegetables.  Stay active & get plenty of exercise.  Walking from the sofa to the refrigerator & back does NOT count as exercise.  Putting a Crouton on top of a Chocolate Sundae does not make that a salad, either!  If you start weight lifting type exercise, don't over extend yourself.  If you gain too much muscle - then in later years, when you're no longer as acitive, they all turn to flab & head South!

  7. well i am exactly the same as u I'm 14 skinny and have flab on my tummy but i managed to shift it the ways i did it was hanging on a bar then bringing ur knees to ur chest do this repeatedly till it burns also for some reason skiing helped mine go(??) and if u just do lots of pull ups on a chin up bar it gets ur arms much much bigger

By going to PE and what even things their doing you make sure you are involved and give it your all and really get into whatever they are doing and it will come off naturally...  you'll see...  Oh and go out and make some friends and play some sports with them and again it will come off naturally...  

  9. Exercise..

    Press ups, sit ups, running, weight training etc.

    Also you're diet - eat lots of protein.

  10. A flabby belly can soon be lost, you have age on your side, just cut out junk food and cakes etc, tins of pepsi are a nono, do some extra exercise and pushups.

    I must admit i'm not one to talk, i have put on 3 stone in the past 12 months and my gp said lose it but it's not that easy, i have cut out whole milk for skimmed, drink mostly water but allow myself quarter litre of fizzy drink a day, my weight reduction went well until a few weeks ago when i replaced masturbating with pork pies, what pleasures in life can i enjoy, good luck.
