Help Me!! What do you think??

Question

I have been having these really strange visions. In these visions I see people dying. Most of the people in these visions are friends and family or people I consider associates. They happen a lot. Especially when I get mad. The people always die painfully. Then sometimes I visualize my own death (which isn't very weird seeing as I'm suicidal).These are not dreams. They are thoughts. They happen when I'm AWAKE What should I do? What do these visions mean?

I know I can have weird recurring thoughts about different things and I was told it is from my OCD....
