Help Me? Why do I feel so uncomfortable?

Why do I feel so unconfident when it comes to s*x? Its starting to become a problem in my relationship. I know what to do, but I dont always have the confidence to do it or I think im going to do it wrong. The problem is so bad sometimes, and thinking about it only makes it worse. My boyfriend tells me to relax, which just makes me even more uncomfortable.

I know its not really a question, but if anyone has any advice I would really appreciate it :)

Maybe you're uncomfortable with s*x because you're uncomfortable with yourself. Just explore your body and mind, and get a little more in tune with yourself.

And things should work themselves out .

Perhaps you're just not with the right person...sorry to say.

I've been in sexual relationships, I've been repeatedly raped and such and actually "made love". But in the making love part..I always felt more sick to my stomach.Probably because I'm not sure on exactly how I think about s*x.I've been with my current boyfriend for about 7 months now, and just tonight I didn't feel sick having s*x with him. I think this should have been the first night we had that contact.

So perhaps, it's something telling you " Not now" idk..

if you don't feel s**y you wont act s**y. so buy clothes for s**y time that make you feel better. change the room around a bit so you can be more comfortable

i have the same feeling even though im 16 i still worry about that when i do have a boyfriend =(

How turned on are you getting? It's been my experience that the more turned on you are, the easier it is to loosen up. If you're not against drinking you could have a drink just before to help you relax and feel more open.

Are you getting a good enough reaction out of him when you do things to him? When guys just sit there, make no faces or noises and basically just look like a statue, it can lessen your confidence. If that's the case, tell him to be a bit more enthusiastic about it when you touch him.
