I havent slept well i 4ever and i wanna know if yall have tips that i can use without using sleeping medication

  1. I think you should turn off the lights, put your favorite song on low and count to 100! It always works for me!!

Sorry to hear that.  Some medical studies say that warm milk contains properties that induce sleep.  Also, taking a warm bath before bedtime is recommended.  After you get out of the bath, you cool down, mimicking your body's natural tendency to cool in the evening.  Hope you can sleep well soon.
