  2. if u wanna build up u r stamina u must try and always sit up right or start meditating, it would help u. while playing TT attain full concentration on the ball which will be commin towards u . while dancing i think if u have a tune then just get flowed away but don't loose u r concentration any time . have a good day!

  4. 2 boost ur stamina u wanna like run 4 like 20 min @ a steady pase wile ur heart rate is up ull get a good work-out & it will help build ur stamina! & slowy increase ur time like by 10 mins & ur speed!

  7. -Try to run a mile without stopping.

    -Set a number of push-ups you are going to do without stopping and increase the number of push-ups you do each day!

    -Do chin-ups!!!
