I am pranking my neighbor (by pranking i mean, Tp, fork, etc.) I want to do something unique.. But tell me your answer even if it isnt!! thanks so much!!<3

Wait until he/she is gone for a day or two, then pour weed killer onto a small area of the front lawn. When the grass is good and brown and dead, hammer a stake into the center of the area and tie a dog to it with a fairly short piece of rope. Shave off areas of the dog&#039;s fur, then call animal control. Then just sit back and wait.
