  1. Hi! She could have a UTI, best take her to the vet. It is unusual for cats to pee outside their box unless there's something going on like a UTI.

And letting it outside is NOT the way to go.

  2. Cate's right.  This sounds like it could be a medical problem.

Also, when you clean up her mess, be sure you do it witha cleaner made for pet messes AND has enzymes in it made for this purpose.  Otherwise you are just masking the odor (even if the stain is gone) to your nose but not hers and she will return to that spot again and again thinking it's okay.  The enzymatic cleaner (like Nature's Miracle) will truly get rid of the mess so there's nothing for her to smell.

  3. Is it allowed outside?

If so, I reccomend you carry on what your doing, if not, I reccomend you let her outside (:

  4. Take your cat in hand first thing in the morning and straight after a meal and put her in the litter box and scratch her paws in it.  I know you already said she poops in it but perhaps she hasn't got the message yet that she must pee in it also.  You don't need to take her to a vet yet, she is just being a cat and some are slow to learn.  She's only 2 months old.  Did you pee in the toilet at 2 months of age [or the equivalent of cat years at 2 months of age?]  Why is it that people think that every single difference in a cat's behaviour needs vet treatment?  People are also very different, especially when they are young [remember that kids also pee the bed up until their teens sometimes].
