Help! My Foot Is Numb?

you know that feeling when your foot goes to sleep?

Well Ive Had That Feeling In The Top Part Of My Foot For about 4 Hours!

Please Help Me.

Fill your tub up with water and soak it  try hotter temp with constant rubbing on the area that is numb and after doing that if you have any rub a 535 put that on it and try walking it out
