Help! My GPX DVD player only shows DVD's playing in black & white.?

Also, does anyone out there know what the 3-digit universal remote code is for GPX DVD players? (Auto Search Method does not work.) Thanx!

Check that the component/Scart connection is proper. Unplug the wires and plug them in fully. Try with another cable if you have one around.

The black and white thing is because either:

A.) you have the component video hooked up wrong

or

B.) GPX is complete garbage.

or

C.) Both

The universal remote codes are different for every remote. I suggest buying a new one with a code book (they are like 6 bucks)
