Help! My Garmin 260 can't speak street name while turn-by turn?

I purchased my Garmin 260 this Jan. I remember it can speak street name while I turn. But it can't speak street name while turn-by turn. I have checked all settings but it didn't work.Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Thanks.

I think your Garmin needs to go in for repair.
