Question:

Help! My Nintendo DS is....?

I gave my Nintendo DS Lite to Nintendo to fix it. They received it and i have payed 55 pounds to get it fixed. They received it on the 5th August and the FAQ on the website says that it will take 10 - 15 working days to get fixed. It is now the 23rd August and i still don't have it back. I sent them an email asking how long its going to take quite a long time ago and they didn't get back to me. The last update i received from the tracking system was RECIEVED AT REPAIR CENTRE on the 15th August. Now sometimes i go on to the website and try to track it and it comes up with FAILED TO FIND CUSTOMER DETAILS. I'm really scared. Are Nintendo Repairs reliable? has anyone else had dealings with these people?

  1. I've once had nintendo repair my DS. It finished just In time, I never looked at the package tracking thing. I suggest you keep on emailing, or perhaps call them and ask what's going on.

  2. i say sue Cu's there reliable

  3. haha no more ds for u!

  4. Get a new one http://earnyourstuff.tk

  5. u can try n get a new 1 of ebay or telebids or try sueing them that tell those jack ***'s 2 get a life.

  6. Don't worry, if on the 15th, they only just recieved the DS then it could still take another 15 days to come. And that's not including weekends.

The latest you should expect it is around the 5th of September, if you don't have it by then, I would say phone them up and get a refund.
