oh my god that sounds pretty bad!!!! I would go see a vet or something and if the vet doesnt know what to do i would go to a zoo and ask them about it because they probably know more about tropical animals than a regular vet would. Before you do that though you should look it up on the net maybe its not as serious as it seems. Hope your parot gets better.
