Help! My TV won't turn on!?

I have a 20" Magnavox and it won't turn on ... It's been working perfectly fine until we moved it today to get a bed down and now it won't work. We didn't jostle it too bad or anything there was just a small spark when I plugged it back in, but that's happened with other stuff before... Everything is plugged in. I think I'll lose my mind if I can't get it to turn on ... does anyone know what might have happened or how to get it to work? Thanks!

The first thing I would do is check the outlet where the tv is plugged in to make sure there is power there.  If there is, and the tv still does not work I would look to see if there is a resettable circuit breaker somewhere on the back of the tv.  It would probably be a small red button if it were there.  Some but not all tv's have them.  If yours does, unplug your set and reset the circuit breaker and plug the tv back in.  Also check to see if you have a fuse that might have blown.  

If none of that works then you will need to send the tv into the shop for repairs.

try turning on all ur lights, some electricians make outlets to where the top or bottom or both have to have the light switch on to contirbute power to that outlet. its mainly in apts where they dont put up ceiling lighting.
