Help!!! My Treo Is Broken!!!!!!!!?

I was upgrading the firmware on my treo and pulled the Sync cable in the middle of it. The phone screen flashed and went dead how do I fix It .well its not my phone yet I just wanna know if Its fixable before I buy it off Ebay. lol Also Has anyone had this problem. and is it a recuring thing
