Help? My budgie makes a weird noise!?

Question

My budgie makes a weird noise whenever you go near him. It's really loud and it just repeats the noise over and over again. It sounds something like a "wowwwwww" noise or sometimes "ahhhhh" noise. It just keeps repeating it over and over again until you leave it alone.

do you know parakeets can talk? sounds to me as he needs to learn some words. and, is trying to talk.

He might be mad or he might just want to be alone if it gets really bad go see what a vet or someone says it could just be normal or if u make words like wow in front of him so much he learns how to say it!!Its true u can teach budgies how to talk!!!!!!!!!!So don't worry 2 much ask someone you know who has a budgie see what they say!!!!
