Help! My computer is acting up BIG time!?

PROBLEMS: (Since about 3 to 4 weeks ago)

- Very very sluggish when I try to access websites. And these are websites that normally load fast.

- Atleast 1 out of 3 random sites will give me the error "cannot display the webpage". Mind you these are not the same sites over and over again. I will hit the refresh button and it will slowly load but nevertheless it will load on the second time around. (Note: sometimes it takes as many as 4 to 6 refreshes to process)

- I will type a url into the browser window, and instead of being taken to the site directly it will bring up the site in my google search engine results. So I end up typing the url in the box and then it takes me to a search engine where the website I want is always the first choice because I TYPED THE WHOLE d**n ADDRESS ALREADY

- And lastly my webcam feed is very choppy and sluggish.

I did a full system scan already and no viruses were found. 2 spyware files were found and erased/removed. I'm STILL having the same problems and I can't afford to go and buy a whole new Windows right now. What to do?! What to do?! I need help ASAP. Thanks!

Everytime you delete your chached files you lose that login information. Deleting cookies and temp files are ok. If you're running a wireless network you may need to refesh your wireless router. Also verify that your isp is not having issues on their end.
