Help!!!!!!!! My dad is an orthodox!?

I really want to get my hair trimmed becoz of split ends but my dad is such an orthodox that he wudnt let me! My hair reaches till a little above my waist! B4 I used to have hair till my bu**! I want to cut it till my shoulder and i look gud like that! I have thick hair! Wen I had very long hair I had to sit every weekend taking out huge painful knots! My mom used to help me because i couldn't do it! Until my mom told me that she couldnt handle it and we went secretly to the hairdresser and cut my hair! My dad shouted at us like h**l wen everyone thought it looked gud! He is nice and kind but he is the worst orthodox i have ever seen even my cousins and friends haven't seen bigger ones! He is a big orthodox! He will shout at me if i tell him i wanna do it! I have been growing my hair since i was six! And the last time scissors touched my hair was last year may or so! I have split ends and i have frizzy hair I have to trim it and i look like a beast! I want him to understand! Pls help!

An Orthodox what? I didn't know there was a religion where you couldn't even trim or make your hair look decent. Just do it secretly from now on. If he gets mad, well, your hair will be cut just the same!

Then I guess you cant do that I would put conditioner on it and leave it on over night every other day ,it will help allot to cure the dead ends and calm down the frizz! That's what I do and I barley ever have to cut mine and I get commented on it all the time when I'm out!
