Help! My dash on my stove is kind of broken/dim some parts are visible and the others are not?

As you can see in the picture the first number is dim while the rest are clear, can any1 help me on this problem, its a big problem when you use the oven because you don't know what temperature you are cooking at, help!

You might be able to open it up and find the connections.  It is possible it is just a bad connection at the display causing this.  Go the the stove manufacturer's web site to look for FAQ.  A good source for troubleshooting and parts is:
