  1. The chicken cutlets will work well for this, especially if you already have cups sewn in the dress.  Use some fashion tape (i.e. double stick tape) and you should be all set.

  2. Im really flat chested! So I know what you mean. My dress was strapless. What the seamstress did, was make it really tight on top. The top of the dress was straight across, so it didnt show cleavage at all. It was so tight the whole way around on top, that I did not worry once about it... in fact underneath the dress I didnt even fill out the cup size, but it didnt matter because you couldnt tell.

For me, padded bras and gel cups... Ive tried them all.. they only do so much. And I didnt want to have to worry about a gap everytime I move or bend over a bit. So this really worked for me. (Mail me if you want to see a picture of how the dress turned out.)

  3. As another idea, ask your seamstress that's doing the alterations about sewing in bra cups for you.  I'm surprised they didn't offer this solution to you already.

  4. There are those strapless backless stick-on bras (cannot remember what they're called exactly). Either invest in one of those or a good padded convertible bra that will cross over around your waist if you need a lower back cut. That and Hollywood tape to keep everything in place.

  5. vicky's has some great ones.  Also, if you were reallyyyy looking for something to help they have these great gel things you can put in your bra underneath so it helps you fill out more.

  6. no but you should get it altered to fit you up there!!

    I have to too!~

or just get straps put on the dress!

  7. Definitely do the chicken cutlets- they will stay in place nicely inside the cups the tailor put in your dress.

  8. H&m sells them for 5.90 or was it 7.90. I bought two things.

  9. Get some push up pads sown into your dress, a seamstress can do this very easily, or even velcro them.  You can find some here -
