Help! My fantasy team is slipping!?

I was in 1st now im in 2nd and i am losing BIG rite now! i gotta win if the 1st place team wins! Tell me wats wrong cuz i know theres experts out there

I believe you can trade Hunter/swisher for A 1st baseman and put Bourn as UTIL rather than Kousuke

It depends on what categories you are losing in.  You need a short-term replacement for Bobby Jenks since he's on the DL.  I would probably drop DeRosa or Swisher and pick up another SP.  You're not going to have all-stars at every position, so obviously your weaker link is 1B.  Swisher has been decent lately, however I would use that position as your "hot" position; meaning I would keep dropping and adding hot first basemen, at least until you find one that looks promising.  I don't know how deep your league is, but guys like Huff, Thames, Delgado, LaRoche are 1B that have been hot lately and still on the waiver wire in my leagues.

i would try and deal for an sp and a 1st basement maybe. try dealing a closer and then snagging a potential saves guy off the wire. i wouldn't really keep betancourt on my team until he turns it around. he's been brutal. try getting damaso marte, octavio dotel (for sure if he's available...), or grant balfour maybe. if this league is somewhat shallow you might even be able to cut derosa and scour the wire for some sp or 1b help.

your in need of a star, productive players at first or 2nd.  I would try and trade Hunter for someone of higher caliber than Derosa or Swisher.  Pitching is pretty solid especially relievers, you could stand maybe one more good SP (Galarraga maybe).   but try and upgrade your 1st or 2nd baseman asap.
