Help? My friend been locked out of Yahoo 3rd time?

Please help out here.

My friend is having a trouble to sign the Yahoo Mail but it would not let her to go through. It said Invalid ID/Password.

She is pretty sure that she did not get hacked or someone trying to use her access. And certainly had not given out any password.

It was her fault because she was fooling around by signing in too many times in short time period with a little error password,

That why the Yahoo locked her out for security reason.

Yesterday she had try many time but it said back with the message.

But today she did not even try again and try to stay away until 24 hrs are over. She wait 24hrs without signing in but did send the help form.

She had not able to get into her Yahoo Mail for three days now.

She is really upsetting because she had her imporatnt email and is expecting some important email coming in. She can't even go to her email.

She does not want to make a new account but want her old account back as she had very important stuff in her email.

She had ask "Customer Service Help Form" and fill out the form many times but had not heard from them or won't let her allow to acces the new password.

She did nothing wrong but made a little mistake by fooling around.

Had anyone had teh same expereinec problem here?

How long will she get her old account back?

When will she get it back?

It been three days ???
