My friend was accused of freelancing by her company, and now she's afraid that she might not get her incentives, benefits, salary and her 13th month pay. Her company is known to do this around Christmas time due to the costs to them but accusing of freelancing...and her company even hinted her that she should get AWOL instead, and if she doesnt keep quiet, the company would press charges. Any feedbacks...opinions?Would she need a lawyer in the future?
