Help. My glasses are giving me a headache?

Question

I got my glasses today. And I put them for like 30 seconds and whenever I remove them i get pain in the back of my head and back of my eyes or something. Why is this...the glasses r expecting me to wear them all the time...and that's not going to happen. it hurts and i feel weird right now.

what jj said. i mean your body cant get use to it in 2 sec's you know it takes a while like a diet

First thing in the morning put them on and LEAVE THEM ON if you don't you will never get used to them. If , while you have them on, you get a headache pop some Tylenol or your remedy of choice and by the afternoon you will see a major improvement. The reason for this is overnight your eyes have a chance to relax after being stressed all day and will be able to adapt to the new RX alot easier. Hope this has helped.
