Help! My iTunes is stuffed!

Question

When i try to open iTunes it says "iTunes can't run because it has found a problem with your audio configuration"

I have checked & there's nothing wrong with it & i don't know how to unistall/reinstall it can someone help me

umm just uninstall and reinstall

or

just download a newer version if u dont already have it at

apple.com

or

download.com

Go to your start menu, go to control panel, go to programs, under programs and features click unistall a program, and find your itunes. Then click uninstall. There you go:)
