Help! My monitor made everything zoomed in and larger.?

i was playing a computer game and for some reason it had to terminate and now every thing on my screen is big the start menu ,every icon, the font... its really annoying. how do i make it go back?

Right Click on desktop, click Properties, Resolution Tab, and change the Resolution to something larger.

Easy, do a restart. Or, right click on desktop, go to display properties, and set the resolution to match your monitor's maximum resolution.
