Help...My neighbors are always putting their trash in front of my house. ?

Then, poor ppl come looking for cans and they leave trash scatttered in front of my house all the time. I have already talked to the neighbor and told him that his tenants keep putting their trash in front of our house and asked him nicely if they could please stop doing that but nothing has been done. They just to litter our house with cigarrete buds. Not 1 or 20. I seriously lost count. What can I do?

If it is not on your private property, but rather the city's, don't think there is anything you can do.  If it is on your private property, sounds like it could be a trespassing issue.

Try talking nicely to them, if that doesn't work, file a complaint with the city about it, and tell them that is your next step of action if they continue to place their trash in front of your house.

Unless the cans are on your property, there is nothing you can do about them placing them there on the public curb.

If you see people littering, you could contact the police, however I doubt it would be a priority.

You can ask the tenants themselves if they wouldn't mind moving their bins over.  Likewise, with the cigarettes,  there really isn't much you can do outside of ask as well.

If you approached the tenants in a friendly manner, asked if they wouldn't mind moving their bins or even tossing their cigarette buts in an ash tray or old coffee tin, you may find them to be very accommodating.

First call the police and they can steer you in the proper direction.

Get video and a no trespassing sign.  Then press charges.
