Help! My printer is not working correctly ever since I changed the ink...?

I wanted to print my credit report. HUGE misktake! I changed the ink in my printer, then I went to print and it wouldn't print it I guess because it was too big of a document (it said it was like 300 pages????) Anyway, I just want to cancel it, and my computer won't let me cancel it or do anything with it, so now I can't print out anything else. What do I do?

  1. When that happens to me I don't want anything to get broken or damaged, so I just switch off the printer and pull the plug out from the printer and my laptop. Then I put it back on and just try again.

  2. Just restart the computer.

  3. Can't you go to control panel-printers, open up your printer and cancel/delete all documents?

  4. on the bottom of your tool bar their should be the icon.. sand dubble click on it... and then it should show the reports of what should be printed.. then you right click on it and it should say cancel... and click on that....

if that doesn't work turn off the computer... and unplug the printer... and that should just about do it or just press the cancel button.. on the printer.
