Help! My pumpkins and other vegetable leaves have Mildew

How do I get rid of or delay the mildew. I tried chamomile tea and it sort of works. This is my fist year with pumpkins and squash. Will get mildew every year? Thanks in advance

You can get a fungicide at the garden center to take care of that. You should consider watering less. and soaking the ground instead of using sprinklers.

Next year you might try a variety that's more resistant to powdery mildew. There are many varieties available now. Your seed distributor should be able to identify the varieties he carries.
