Help! My right eye is sore!?

The corner of my upper right eyelid, in the part closest to my nose is very sore. I noticed it aches when I put on makeup there, so it is tender to the touch, and when I blink, it feels heavy. It is slightly swollen, and under my eyelid, it is bright red right where it hurts, almost like blood. Usually I wear contacts, but lately I haven't been able to, so my vision is slightly blurred. I just had my regular optometrist appointment a few months ago, and the optometrist said my eyes were healthy and normal for my age, besides the fact that I have to wear glasses/contacts. (I'm 15 years old) Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong with my eye? It's felt like this on and off for the last two weeks or so.

Could be a STY, which is a bit of infection at the root of an eyelash. This would be weeping a bit, causing the blurring. Styes  usually clear up by themselves.

You can help it along by washing your eye (blink into a very full glass of water) and do NOT put makeup on it.

Show it to a chemist, they will most likely have an over-the-counter cream or drops that will also help.There are too many brands for me to recommend one.

Be extra careful cleaning your lenses. Clean them again before wearing them again, as bacteria wll have built up on them in storage.

You could have a multitude of problems from a blocked gland to GPC(giant palpilary conguntivitus). I know you went to the optometrist a few months ago, but you need to go see him agian.

Well whenever my eyelid itches I just take a little saliva and rub it on after a couple minutes i rub it off and it's fine. Also works when it makes me rub it(like when you just get the urge to rub your eyes ya know?). Plus it works for an itchy nose as well !

You have a cyst.  Hot compresses, and get to an opthomologist.
