Help My team is slipping down the rankings?

Question

I'm in an 18 team head to head league with a 50 IP rule. I started out in 2nd after the 1st week in June and then I slipped down to 6th heading into the All Star Break. And the schedule just gets harder from here for me. I need help bad. Here's my team:

BN- Joe Crede (will be starter when Jed Lowrie gets sent down again)

I am trying to trade Gordon, Kent, and Crede (and maybe some more guys) but I don't know who they are all worth.

You are very weak at 1B,3B,IF(Kent),OF all the way around. Sp is ok but not great. Oswalt has a hip issue that I believe he is having an MRI on. Papaelbon is awesome but he's all you got for saves. You need some help and QUICK

The best suggestion I can give ya is pakage some players for upgrades.Like Kent+Gordon for Adrian Gonzales,then pick up Kaz off of waivers.And/or Crede+G.Anderson for Aramis Ramirez,then pick up Melky C.....Sumthen' like that.

Morrow in Seattle is a quick pickup for saves while Putz is hurt.  Is Rick Ankiel taken in your league?  Try some more position players and not as many extra pitchers.  Watch Micah Owings, too, he's had a rough time of it as of late...

other than that, one of your players will catch fire.  Good luck.
