Help- Need balloon game for 14 4-year olds?

Question

I was going to do a game where you tie a balloon to your foot and try to pop everybody's. The last person to have a balloon wins, but my 4 year old can't pop our test balloon without it being tied to someone SO scrap that. i thought it would have been really exciting.

Anyone have another game?

balloon volleyball -- have the kids try to keep one balloon in the air for a minute

then add another, and another... fun!!

or balloon tag, you try to tag someone with a balloon

isn't there those weird bouncy things?

they are really hard balloons that you fill up and bounce around on.. they have a handle and you sit on them..
