Help! Need proffesional advice on how to loose tummy fat!!?

i want a flat stomach, and i need a method which will work quickly and effectivley. i have rolls on my stomach and i would reeallyy like to get rid of them! PLEASE HELP

  1. Tie yourself to a tree in a field in the middle of Japan with gradual eroding rope which usually will free u within 40 days.  This way you have a great fast, can say you went toe to toe with Jesus record and maybe even sort out a flat one for yourself.

  3. Do as many sit ups as you can a night. As many as you have time for. I did it and didn't bother warming up and it did wonders. Just don't push yourself too hard. You can see the difference in about a week.

    The most important factor in helping one lose tummyt fat is regular cardiovascular exercise. This does not mean taking casual walks. Generally, depending upon one’s age, one should work out for at least 15-20 minutes, five days a week, at peak heart rate. Aerobic dancing, jogging, fast walking, swimming, and using stair steppers, bicycles or ski machines can all help one loseloselose tummy fat.

    Generally, one must work up to peak heart rate, and one should check with a doctor regarding what one’s peak should be. But usually, the 15-20 minutes should occur after about 15 minutes of warming up. One will get to peak heart rate more quickly if one is working more than one major muscle group simultaneously, like the arms and legs. Thus aerobic dancing or swimming may be more effective than riding a bike.

    Second, exercises that work the stomach muscles are important. Building muscle mass in the body helps us to burn calories more efficiently and reduce fat storage. Lean stomach muscles can reduce the size of a larger stomach. Many people do abdominal crunches to lose tummy fat, but often do them incorrectly.

    Lastly, stress does often cause fat to accumulate around the stomach. Fortunately, someone who is regularly exercising is going a long way toward reducing stress already.   7. The problem with your question is that if you look in "search for questions" it comes up 30 times every day. I have had some criticism for repeatedly using the same answer, but since I am happy with my answer, and the questions are the same, I don't see the issue with recycling the same answer.
