  1. it's on the main screen b4 you start your GBA or DS GAME you'll see

    DS (TOP)

    PICTOCHAT (left corner)

    DOWNLOAD GAMES (right corner)

    GBA GAME SLOT (bottom)


  2. just go on it then connect it.thats all

  3. they have to be near you and you have to join the same room

    there should be a chat icon somewhere on the home screen
