Help No bootable devices inspriron 600m

Help

I can't boot up my computer. Keep getting the message no bootable devices and no boot sector on hard disk. Ran diagnostic got error code 1000-0143 Drive smart read command failed. I was online last night, screen froze hit ctrl alt delete and was not able to reboot. Help, what do I do to fix it?
