Help On Photo-Editing!?

how do i take out parts around an image to make the rest on solid color (the image is going to be a picture of me)

because my friend has it.

and all you can see is a blue background, and her.(:

Use Photoshop.

You have to isolate your face using the EXTRACT command under filters. Then fill in the blank background with whatever you desire.

Without any post processing experience, it won't look good at all, especially around your hair.

You'd be better off setting up a controlled shot with a solid color background and do the job in-camera.
