Help On Some Code In C# - VB ?

IM working on a program that will need updates and i dont know how to handle this i need some code or somthing in c# I just need to know how to handle updates

Do you mean your program will need updating or that the data on which it acts needs updating? It's very unclear.

Create a web service. And always check this service at program start up. Put update function on your webservice class and also use version class to verify how version you are using.
